African Mango: What Is African Mango and why should you care

New products promising quick weight loss – the easy way – are quite regularly released to the hungry weight loss market.

Those forever-on-diet (but little to show for it) crowds are always looking for an easier, quicker weight loss fix.

And it’s for a good reason.

Despite the best efforts from many interested parties, battle of the bulge has not been won yet. On the contrary: let’s be honest, it looks like we’re loosing this game.

Overweight people – be it just a few pounds overweight, who just need a little help to get to their ideal weight, or those clinically obese – are lost in the weight loss maze.

They’re starving for not only a “normal” meal again, and to free their already over-scheduled days from long fitness sessions – but also for a true remedy for their weight loss ailments.

Does losing fat really has to be this hard?

No matter what your experience with weight loss has been so far, I’m here to tell you that – no, losing weight doesn’t have to be that hard!

Every now and then a new ingredient showing promise offers a glimpse of hope for those who had not have any luck with the previous “miraculous” weight loss remedy. Of these, some work; some don’t. Those ingredients that show both safety and results are included in weight loss pills and supplements; the rest are promptly (and deservedly!) forgotten.

But an ingredient like African mango extract is rare. Some are already calling it revolutionary.

Why is that?

African mango (Irvingia gabonensis) is an exotic fruit that grows only in West African rain forests.

African mango, also known as bush mango, differs from other mango fruits in that it produces a peculiar seed, Dikka nuts. People of Cameroon have been using these seeds for centuries because of their medical properties and – what’s interesting for us – as an aid to endure long hunts without feeling hunger.

Scientist took a closer look on this miracle from jungle, finding Dikka nuts exceptional in their weight loss properties – and African mango extract was finally born.

The study published in the journal of “Lipids in Health and Disease” was conducted on 102 people split between those taking the African Mango and those taking the placebo.

According to that study, taking African Mango resulted in “significant improvements in body weight, body fat, and waist circumference. African Mango (Irvingia gabonensis) administered 150 mg twice daily before meals to overweight and/or obese human volunteers favorably impacts body weight and a variety of parameters characteristic of the metabolic syndrome.”

Recently featured on a popular ABC medical show, African mango was proven to be effective in weight loss, thanks to its extraordinary abilities to increase the levels of Leptin in the bloodstream of those taking it. (Leptin is a hormone regulating your hunger and metabolism.)

What can African mango extract do for you?

You will finally lose weight, especially on belly region.

African mango extract will suppress appetite – a welcomed help if you’re battling the battle of the bulge, and increase your metabolism, making it easier for your body to burn fat. Even more, African mango extract actually inhibits production of new body fat!
